Our Focus

We focus on exploring science through projects, experiments and team collaboration. Our student-teachers work with your students to provide engaging, advanced learning in a fun environment.

In our biology unit, we will discuss: microscopes, flowers, plants, body system, blood types and DNA. We will be engaging in activities such as flower dissections, analyzing microscope slides and growing our own plants. This unit encourages a greater understanding of life on earth.

In our chemistry unit, we will discuss topics such as: pH, chemical reactions, density, solubility, mass and volume. This unit includes many chemistry experiments and demonstrations and encourages exploration and curiosity.

Our unit on physics will focus primarily on basic mechanics and concepts. We will dive into topics such as simple machines, complex machines, Rube Goldberg machines, rollercoasters, rockets, circuits and Newton's Laws. We will take on collaborative projects that will encourage teamwork and responsibility.

Our unit on Earth Sciences and Space focuses on the science of earth and beyond. We go into topics such as earth layers, soil layers, weathering, erosion, water filtration, fossils, constellations, galaxies, and much more. This unit encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
